On each of seven successive years during the 1990s, Ian Kendrick wrote and presented a six-part series of programmes on military, wind and brass band music. He was also a commentator on musical and ceremonial events and interviewed a number of musical personalities including (Lord) Yehudi Menhuin. Ian has himself been interviewed on BBC Radio 3, the British Forces Broadcasting Service, various BBC Regional Programmes, and Radio Oman English Service.
